Adding
tracks to your basket:
When you've found a track you want to buy, click the 'basket' icon
next to it. The basket window will open and the item will have been
added to your basket. You can remove the item later if you decide
not to buy it. You can now continue to add items to your basket
or proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Viewing your Basket:
You can view the tracks in your basket at any time by clicking 'view
basket' in the task bar. Your basket will contain all the tracks
that you have chosen by clicking on the 'basket' icon. You can remove
any tracks from your basket by clicking 'remove' in the basket window.
Checking out your Order:
When you are ready to purchase your tracks, checkout your order
by clicking 'go to checkout'. You will need to login using your
PsyMP3.com username and password (If this is the first time
you have placed an order, follow instructions on how to set up your
account). To complete your order simply follow the instructions
on screen.
Paying for downloads:
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB,
Solo, Switch. PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by debit card you
will be charged an extra 50 pence per transaction NOT per track.

E-commerce security
Once you enter the payment section of the site you are entering a secure area. The site uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128 bit MD5 encryption. This is the industry standard for encrypting e-commerce transactions. The reason that your web browser may not show that the page is secure is because the site uses something called a 'frameset'. This means that the top part of the page (with the PsyMP3 Music Player in it) is a separate file to the bottom part of the page. The result of this is that some browsers don't notice that you are visiting other pages other than the starting page - you can see this in the browser address bar. If the address is 'http://www.psymp3.com' and doesn't change at all no matter what page you go to within the audiojelly site then your browser believes that you are solely on the PsyMP3.com start page. As a result when you go to the payment area of the site although the page you're on is encrypted and secure your web browser doesn't see this.
If you are still worried about the page being unsecured then you can move out of the site's frameset by opening a link within the site in a new browser window or tab (right-click on the 'view basket' link and select 'open in new window' or middle-click on the link). Now when you go to the payment area you will see that it is indeed secure and encrypted.
